If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with the items you receive, return the unused or unworn item in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the returned items are used and/or in unacceptable condition. If you would like to return your items, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For items with a defect or error on our part we will provide the return shipping label, for all other reasons customers will pay for the return shipping label. Thanks for your understanding.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which varies according to credit cards.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you

For items with a defect or if there’s an error on our part with the item received you will be given a return shipping label. For all other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs related to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
