Mamoo has a special meaning for Anna, the founder. Anna’s older son's first attempts to say mommy came out as mamoo and despite her attempts to correct him, he would always say mamoo. Mamoo isn't an official word, its just a name she thought was really cute.

Once your order is successfully submitted, you’ll reach a confirmation page. This page “confirms” your order, which basically means it went through. Shortly thereafter you’ll receive an email confirmation which lists a tracking number for your package.
We process orders immediately after it has been placed so cancellations or modifications aren’t possible, however you can still cancel the order by emailing us at email@example.com.
If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with the items you receive, return the unused or unworn item in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the returned items are used and/or in unacceptable condition. If you would like to return your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will also receive an address to return then. We cannot refund items returned without RMA. Thanks for your understanding.
You will be able to see the shipping charge in the checkout page once you enter your ship to address. All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International if available. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed locally. Unfortunately, sellers in the US do not have any means to control or assume these fees. These vary by country so check with your local government for up to date information on customs fees.
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days by USPS. How long it takes depends on where you live and USPS delivery schedule. We ship from Oakland, CA.
